I tried to Add gregtech to a 1.6.4 modpack but if I change the ".technic" String in the "GT_mod.class" with classeditor and load that file the mod chrashes does anyone know a solution for this problem?

Launcher Version: Build 290 Operating System: Windows 8(.1) Java Version: java 7 update 45 (x64) Antivirus Program: None Description of Problem: When i change the path of my modpack and save, the next time that i start the launcher the modpack is in it's default position again. (Roaming/.technic/modpacks/) It doesn't give any error or info in the log. Error Messages: None Error Log: None
