As a last resort I am uninstalling AVG anti-virus to see if that had anything to do with it, seeing as that is honestly the only option I can think of for the moment. AVG uninstallation has not helped in the slightest. Anyone else have any ideas?

Basically, starting the server by opening the Hexxit.jar file, instead of using the bat file to start it up.

If you're sure. I will go ahead and check it again, though I find it weird as to how just starting up the normal server file results in people being able to join, yet by opening it using the bat file it blocks everyone o,o. Edit: All the port forwarding seems fine, any other ideas as to what it may be?

Java Version: jre-7u40-windows-x64 Description of Problem: Basically, despite reinstalling Hexxit as well as port forwarding my router a bunch fo times, when using the Launch.bat file to run the server, it only allows people on the same network as me to join the server: No one is able to join the server using my public IP address. Error Messages: N/A Error Log: N/A
