Looks like your session ID expired. This can be because of a couple reasons. - Someone has logged into your account - You have relaunched minecraft or tekkit making your current client you are trying to log in with has a older session ID Try relaunching and changing your password that should fix the error

Looks like your antivirus software is giving you grief try disabling avast antivirus or uninstalling it to see if that works first. If the error stops then there is your problem and we can take it from there
