I did succeed in installing it the first time but it came up with an error code that I forgot, sorry and now I just can't install it anymore

It says insufficient privileges for me on the bug forum, so I'll just post it here. Okay so its not really a crash, all it does is spam me with console host and attribute utility that's forcing me to close down hexxit when I'm trying to install the modpack, is this common or just a virus? Sorry I can't provide any more details, this is all that happens.
