  1. With tinker's construct, you craft your tools, you also get an armor piercing weapon which works on both armored mobs and players. Anyhow when I saw you had trouble with T.C. and Artifice, I immediately saw the problem since they both have a common craft, which is the Steel Smelting. But with the coke oven, you can get steel as well, plus less OP. So with this in mind you are sure to get your Refined Iron and still get steel in a less OP way. Not only you get to craft tools piece by piece, in your own way, you get to add modifications, such as a battery+circuit to make it an IC2 powered tool (which is why I said it supposed to be compatible), and also you got a "beheading" modifier you can add to a T.C. weapon, killing a player with it will gain a chance for their head. You also got a smeltery, it melts and can blend metals together. Though it can't make steel, it can produce 2 iron ingot per ore, similar to a grinder and slightly less then a pulveriser (which gives a chance for extra ore type). Yet faster to get metal blocks from a smeltery, it requires lava to power it. This mod is also a generating mod, so explored places will not have the extra ores and bush ores if added after. Also Floating Slime islands. A place where blue slimes spawn and one or two slime trees which produces green slime. (saw that you started on 1.6.4 so I will add that to the post) T.C. is definitely worth it.
  2. I think I might know what might be the problem with Tinker's construct and Artifice, and IC2. It's the Steel Ingot (both T.C. and Artifice) and the Refined Iron from IC2. They both use the same process, putting iron in the furnace. You can disable the steel ingot from artifice and t.c. and let the coke oven to cook your irons to steel. Making more of a challenge for steel, but worth it. On another side the omnitools mod can change the ingot from one mod to another, so no biggy. As for Treecapicitator, it is a nice mod, but with Tinker's Construct's Lumberaxe it does the same job for the wood, and the scythe for the leaves. So I will leave it with you to decide on to keep it or remove it. EDIT: Well, I support your work, I was waiting for a combination on a Tech and Adventure.
  3. As I typed in Bold, it can be separated or together. The most ideas there are combinations. So in short, Yes. and somewhat yes, they can be anything, tinker's construct do have nice blocks so adding them as part of a generated dungeon shouldn't be a problem (I love those bone blocks I use them a lot in my graveyard designs.)

Note that Every Idea can be done separately or together, and the basic of the idea can be improved by the mod maker. Combining the Harken Scythe's and other enchantment with Twilight Forests items to Tinkers' Construct. Examples: Using Liveroot will give Afterlife enchantment rank 1, stack-able but uses modifier per use. Ore Magnet ... well obviously Magnetization. etc. Armor GUI Addons: Adding and crafting Existing items that can work with Tinker's Construct Armor GUI such as The Salamander's Eye of Xeno's Reliquary and 3 Flamestrings from Natura to make a Necklace with similar effect as the Salamander's Eye, etc. Pyro Amulet, Necklace Slot, same effect as the item suggest, but unlike above, this one degrades completely. Backpacks... knapsack slot. Cape Designs, and already existing ones for the cape slot. etc. ( Adding restrictions to the Armor GUI addon, preventing that everything can go into them ) More Mod linkage addon: Some generated dungeons with a combination of mods, like a graveyard with hidden room mod's hidden walls, using the tinker's construct blocks (ones you get with the chisel, especially bone blocks.), Storage Crate from Better Storage, Tombstones above ground (if possible with generated names), and a Boss created with the addon. And a Bigger Variety of hunted armor with Project Zulu. Combining existing armor and their equal swords from other mods. (Meaning that Leaf with Leaf, and Frez. with Frez.) If armor has no comparable weapons, create one or don't make the hunted armor of the sort. Hexxit Server Addons: Owner can choose how to start it's server, and edit with a building and a fully charged meteor shield at spawn. Meteor summoner limiter. Something that the owner can set up in his folders. This will prevent most hackers, and even the owner itself (if hacked by name). To abuse the meteor function. Setting up the meteor summons of 1 per person, or 1 per day (real time, not mc time). Something that can combine with other server mods such as Factions (must be noted of compatibility). In which can add flags for Meteor, and a more Capable Storage Protection.
  5. A tip that might help are this: Ip and Username comparison. Check if a user Ip is repeated multiple times, and if the username has changed, you might have found who hacked. (A server mod can used to prevent that by saving our account name to our IP.) Placed items usage/breakage/placage names: idk, if it's a server mod or similar, but some tools can be used to check names of the one that used the items by left/right clicking them. The Greifer lives with you... Well it can happen. So might change that password. - (someone today was on the console the other time saying "mwahahahaha" cuz of the rain that was nearly constant) The greifer can be another Admin
  6. Server got Greifed, meteor summoners were used. My home near -26 65 -373 is a huge meteor crash site, some others too, might check within the 2 to 3 hours. and get reset.
  7. Would it be possible to move my log-in location? since I am crashing every time I log in... might be because that I am walking on water with Frezlite boots.
  8. I know there are a few existing modpack linkage, but would like to see future linkage between all mods of their respective modpack. Giving them a name specific between the mods, like "Hexxit Mod Linkage", "Voltz Mod Linkage", "Tekkit Mod linkage", etc. Reason behind this will help into making a bigger variety of combination of what exist. The base of this idea, is to add new things that only works to the specific modpacks. Example: Hexxit's Immibis's Microblocks with the blocks of every mod, Combining the HarkenScythe's enchantment with Twilight Forests items to Tinkers' Construct, Adding and crafting Existing items that can work with Tinker's Construct Armor GUI such as the Salamander's Eye of Xeno's Reliquary and 3 Flamestrings from Natura to make a Necklace with similar effect as the Salamander's Eye, etc. If more then 1 wants to participate in the same modpack project, you can join together by pm's and such. This is a cooperative project suggestion since everyone can pour their ideas into it.
