hmmm ok. i just dont know what to do. Our server is not new so id like to fix it w/o restarting the world

Normally i am quite good at figuring out what casuses my server to crash but this time around i am thourghly stumped. So here i am asking for help in identifying why my players are having a issue. I do now that WAS my problem. now i can get it to launch properly. Looks like in extracts something fails and launches and crashes. My modded minecraft works fine, im just trying to do this so i can distribute much easier Edit this is a error in configs that i can work out. For those of you who have had about the first post please go to http://www.technicpack.net/ and host the server there, it will give you a correct URL.

Ok i have my file system set up and a modpack.zip created. I used 7-zip. Have the structure modpack.zip bin/ modpack.jar mods/ *insert my mods* config/ *my config* I have 97 mods working just fine and i can run a server just fine as well. My Problem is hosting it. I have a drop box. I have a public folder created and i have put it there and shared the public link.\(https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/134134459/Modpack.zip) Every time i try to add that to technic is says Invalid Technic Platform Delivery URL. Please advice <3 Also feel free to DL and take a look make sure everything is structured Edit* i have tried mediafire as well
