The problem resolved itself after a restart.

Launcher Version: 297 Operating System: Windows 7 Java Version: 7 Antivirus Program: Description of Problem: I launch the launcher and when it opens I sit there looking at a the left side where all of the mods should be and they all say "Loading...".
