Thanks a ton. I can't believe that the simplest answer here actually solved my problem. Except one thing. You know you could've taken the save file for your map out of the folder before you deleted? If you did that you would still have your map.

Hi. Just reading through the error report. This is part of the report I just saw: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Slot 216 is already occupied by dan200.turtle.shared.BlockTurtle@1f73a89 when adding ic2.common.BlockScaffold So if you read that it is something with IC2. Still not sure exactly how to fix it though, since I don't know how MC mods are made.
