I run it on my computer, I give it 3GB out of my 6Gb RAM, I have 950 GB of memory, 790 remaining. even when nothing else is running it still gives me this message.

I also tried Essentials and AntiCreeper, it just stopped working yesterday, i'm running tekkit. No one on the butkkit forums was much help...
