Before I go any further, I know how to disable them completely, but I don't want that. I need a line of command to make a delay timer for right-clicking with RM/DM tools. Basically, when someone uses the right click feature of RM/DM tools, I need to make it so that they have to wait 3 seconds before they can use that again. Anyone got ideas?
