Does nobody know how to resolve this issue?

Update: Actually my bin folder is empty, meaning modpack.jar is not download, but all the mods have. What could make that happen?

Also if it is relevant, I hosted the modpack on my personal website since other sites like dropbox have traffic limits which would prevent most people from downloading.

Hey, I have set up a Mod Pack before, but this is my first one in 1.6.4. When I attempt to download my Mod Pack all the files download (they are in the corresponding folder with the Pack). The problem is the launcher just sits after the download and nothing happens. What could I be doing wrong? In creation of the modpack, I made a mods, bin, and config folder. I put the mods into mods, forge into bin(named modpack.jar) and all the config files in config. Not mods installed via jar. Any help is really appreciated! I have a lot of fans waiting for the Mod Pack so I would like to get it up as soon as possible!
