*solved... it had to be the 1.5.2 version of the texture packs

Hi! I downloaded the technic launcher yesterday to play hexxit and I have a problem with changing texture packs....I have downloaded sphax (also Hexxit sphax patch) and several texture packs both 1.7.2 or 1.6.4. and all of them show up in the list of texture packs in-game but when I try to select them the texture pack just go back to being default WHY??
