This happened a few times I've actually repaired the chunks to make them look like they did before but it keeps happening.

Heres where the tall chunk came from. Which is repaced with a chunk from somewhere else.

Title: Switching Chunks Version: 3.1.2 OS: Windows 7 Java Version: Version 7 Update 45 Description of Problem: Chunks are switching spots, not all the way to void maybe 40 blocks down. And by switching I mean literally switching like lets say you have a basalt volcano and a field, a chuck of the volcano will be in the middle of the field where as in the middle of the volcano a chunk of a field....help?
