Problem* I tend to mess my words up when I'm typing fast. :s

Hello all! I've searched... and searched... and searched for anything that help with my probably but apparently I'm the only with this problem. Ok so I've recent bought a new computer and for the first 2 weeks or so, I could connect to LAN and hamachi servers but now I can only connect to public servers (SHOTBOW or anything like that). My friend and I are trying to play hexxit on his hosted server (hamachi) and it wont let me connect. Further more, when he was at my house, I couldn't connect to his LAN either.. It couldn't be because he has a Mac because it worked before like a week ago. If anyone could help me, That would be greatly appreciated
