This has not been solved. I also am Turkish and I do have "missing texture" on everything listed on top. However, my Windows is not Turkish, so I am ruling that one out. Me and 10 of my friends just started out a private server and all of us suffering from this. Textures missing with or without any texture packs / hd packs. Tekkit 1.1.10 Minecraft 1.5.2
