There I edited the post so it is more clear about my problem

You see I thought I built it right but those are things I may have done wrong and I need someone to clarify is it because I built it wrong or because of a launcher glitch and maybe get help on how to build it properly

Launcher Version: 1.6.4 Operating System: Toshiba Laptop Java Version: Version 7 Update 45 (build 1.7.0_45-b18) Antivirus Program: Description of Problem: When I am downloading my modpack when it reaches 100% it restarts. When my friends tried the same happened. I know there is 2 things I may have done wrong when making the modpack though although. 1. Is that I deleted the config folder because I had no configs and 2. was that some mods add folders that you drag into the .minecraft so what I did was I put it next to the bin and mods folders(not inside them) If I did make mistakes here can someone tell me what I did wrong thanks.
