I just went into creative, and a 57x57 works for some reason, but my 47*47 does not. I would like for my 47x47 to work if we can fix that...

First of all i am not playing traditional Voltz, me and a friend are playing an updated one on my server. we are playing in 1.6.4, with all of the mods in Voltz + project red(because YOLO). we have it up on my server, and it all works just fine, besides the particle accelerator. it does in fact speed up, but when it reaches 100% velocity, it stops, and starts anew, the only problem with this is that it is not producing antimatter at all, then i set up a strange matter one, and that doesn't work either. The antimatter accelerator is 47x47. Any ideas why it is not producing what its supposed to be? I would be willing to let someone on for technical support to help(no funny business).
