IT WORKS! THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS! thanks to: Valkon, chefsbrian, two walls and manaus. when i opened up open by right clicking it and saw the error box open, i didn't see the open option. my apologies. but thanks again for sticking around and helping me :)

no it still doesn't work if i do "open" its definitely a security thing.

well i still don't know how to open up tekkit . does anybody know how to change the developers "name"

thanks for the tip! ill never do it again. heres a picture: it might not show up but this is what is says: "TechnicLauncher-2.jar" can't be opened because it is from an unidentified Developer. Safari downloaded this file yesterday at (time) from www.technicpack.net. Thats every thing it says on there. any clues on what to do?

I have the same problem but when i press play on the launcher, it won't play it will just give me a message with: unexpected error.
