So, I have been searching all over the web looking for a proper explanation/workaround for the mine factory reloaded issue. I cannot craft a fisher, because I cannot craft a 'factory machine block'. And yes, I have already tried using a factory frame in its place with no luck. I read all over the internet about people with this problem, but there seems to be no solution. I have only been playing Technic for 2 days now so Im still a noob.

Im playing Tekkit. Im just trying to figure out where to begin and every tut I watch or read tells me to get some rubber and copper and make some wires to build a generator. I guess those are for previous versions?

I have been looking all over the interwebs for help, but I cannot seem to understand how Technic or Tekkit or whatever works. In 1.1.10 there is no rubber, only raw rubber which turns into rubber blocks. Basically all of the machines need insulated wire to build, which is impossible to make because there is no rubber. I feel like a complete noob because I am a self proclaimed minecraft genius. I just cannot find any help with this on the web.
