I am trying to make a custom modpack. I have viewed multiple tutorials and have followed the instructions carefully. I have the 4 necessary folders in my zip file: bin, config, coremods, and mods. Bin has a forge 9.1.1.965 .jar file called modpack zipped with winRAR. Config has all the config files. I have made sure there are no id conflicts. I have no coremods in my pack so the coremods folder is empty. Mods contains all the mod zip and jar files. I have uploaded the zip to my dropbox public folder and set the modpack location to the public link with ?dl=1 added to the end. In the new technic launcher I paste in the platform url and it starts downloading. After it has downloaded, nothing else happens. When you look at the downloaded file in the .technic modpacks folder, the bin is empty and the config is empty. All of the mods are in the mods folder however. I have been trying to find a solution all day and have not come up with anything.
