When i click launch it stays stuck on Technic Launcher

Launcher Version: 1.6.4 Operating System: Windows Java Version: Java 7 Update 45 Antivirus Program: None Description of Problem: its stuck in Technic launcher i tryed uninstalling and reinstalling but its the same no messages or logs just stays there until i shut down the computor Error Messages: Error Log:
