US's internet providers are rip-offs. Where i live the max i can get is 300kb/s. Unless you live in the major cities, you can't really get much more than 1mb/s, if even that.

For me, if the mod actually starts downloading (ei: 1%), it will always finish. The hard part is getting it to start.

There is no way everyone is getting 6mb/s. An average speed in the US is not even 1mb/s. And with overload, each person get a very very small percentage of what they would normally get. So you can't estimate speeds like that....

relax. It isn't that bad. Be patient. It will be fixed in no time at all. They are doing an EXCELLENT job at fixing it.
