Hiya I found out to fix her issue. I looked in her Technic launcher log and saw Technic wasn't making a users.jason file. So here is the few steps. 1. Open your app data path if your on windows type run in the search bar and open the run menu. 2. Type %appdata% and open it. 3.Find your normal .minecraft folder and open it. 4. Look for a file called usernamecache.json 5. Copy and paste it in the .technic folder then rename it to users.json 6.Try logging on again.

Hiya I have a friend who cant logon to her technic. She can logon to her normal minecraft with the email and password. I tried removing the technic folder and running a update to date version which is V4.308. Still nothing her logon email is [email protected]. We verified she is using the correct email and password. She is getting a error when she tried to make account here on the forum with a 504 Bad gateway. I am including screen shots of her system and the error. Thanks for your time. Alex.
