ok i installed optifine and it didnt change my fps. Im going to bed now though but ill check again in the morning for any new ideas. and thanks for the ideas already suggested

sorry i got distracted on hunger games servers. my cpu usage is at like 55% physical memory is around 60%. I am using an intergrated graphics card on my laptop not sure what it is though. And ill try the optifine thing in a second.

ok i just tried that and there is a very small improvement. Now it stays around 5 fps.

Hey so when i run attack of the b-team it immediatley runs at 3fps. I have render distance on short, graphics on fast, particles on minimal, and performance on Max fps. I also have my technic launcher set to use 5GB of ram. Any advice would be appreciated.
