Fixed. I ended up just deleting the .technic folder and all the subdirectories and reinstalling. Not very elegant, but it seems to have worked.

I'm getting the exact same error. My Tekkit Lite server, which is running on the same machine, is working fine. Crazy thing is, it was working fine just a few days ago. I will let you know if I find a solution.
