this happened to me. heres how u fix it. Goto search and type in add or remove files. open it and and remove: AVG, McAfee, or Norton -
I did several times, i have the same problem with normal minecraft, but i can fix it by going into th in-browser

My techniclauncher stops downloading at a random % on the .jar part, so i cant play. it would fix it if someone could send me a message with a .techniclauncher folder and all the modpacks succesfully running. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP
