I heard that you actually can't delete them because they are untargetable blocks. I have some at my base I can not destroy them only walk on and around them.

As of now I do not see a solution for this maybe some one else has. I hope you find it It seems that using the shock wave gun has changed something in your data.

It may have been the shock wave gun use on another living being that caused the crash that's what it looks like what happened.

Can you recall the item that was placed right before the crash?
