ok i found the problem but i don't know how to do it java is only allowing the launcher or the game 512mb but i dont know what to do to make it allow more.. i have 8gb can someone help?

whenever i try to open that launch file to open a server this problem occures and i am having another issue, when i play single player with the modpack, every few seconds i am having a short fps drops for less then a second, but it is still annoying and i can't play like that and after a few minutes in game, the game crushes
