ok an update to this. after pulling most of it appart at lunch i have found that my cows are invisible. I can kill them with grinders but i can not see them. is there any fix to this?

I have just finished my new Bio fuel reactor on a new server with the latest technic pack. Loged on today to find eveything working correctly except for all my cows were missing and in there place i found the usuall items dead cows drop and smoke coming out of the block where they once stood. Mods i am useing by the cows were the sewer block Fluid duct and the sound muffling block that was added in the last update. What i want to know is if this strangeness is part of some in game mechanic or did something glitch and bug out causing all my cows to die? I can provide screens latter(at work currently) if needed. Thank you.
