Doesn't matter now, figured out I needed to enable public folder in dropbox

Hi all, When I try to download my modpack using the technic launcher, it fails, just saying unable to download modpack, I am using dropbox to host it, download link here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2k1dllsgee5yyhs/mw94s-modpack.zip and this is the link to the platform URL to try downloading it through launcher: http://www.technicpack.net/api/modpack/mw94s-modpack could anyone explain what I have done wrong?
