Bump any Help Fixing this problem

Yes it does it with other mod packs no im not running it off my computer im running it off a fragnet server

i didn't chnage any jar files i simply when to the techinic installer and installed attack of the b-team 1.0.9c

i did but it didn't work with or without optifine installed

i aleady know how to join a server its when i go to join the server when i get that issue

when i tryed to log into my attack of the b-team server using technic

i can log onto normal servers but when i try and logg in to Technic servers or forge servers i get the following error "failed to login: java.io.IOException: server returned HTTP response code: 403 for url Http://session.minecraft.net/game/joinserver..jsp?" help?
