I ran into this too and this question was one of the first in my Google results so I'm replying with the solution. Go to: http://files.minecraftforge.net/fmllibs/ Find the ".jar" file that causes the FileNotFound Exception and download it. Once it's downloaded copy into the Big Dig server folders "lib" folder. (on Windows, not sure about Linux) Rename it and remove ".stash" so that it looks like a normal ",jar" file. Restart the server. This happened to me from 2 files. Just to save time, here are the direct links to the ".stash" files.
