  1. This server has been down past weeks due to my ability to un-manage while in the hosptial. I am bringing it back online. Land Protection is working and NO items are currently disabled. Nothing.... Open to Public. join at :: Fox-Network.us Tekkit No Banned Items No Restrictions Land and Property Protection (Tekkit Supported)
  2. I tried to post in Bug Tracker, but failed each time. _________________________________ Simply did a server reboot, all was going well, no configuration changes, then the server started crashing on startup. This happened over and over and out of nowhere. I ended up having to create a new server and copy the world into it. Once I did, ALL the thermal expansion items were gone. I replaced and now works... Crash Report http://pastebin.com/2dX9bncf
  3. Logistic Pipes is broken on world update from 1.2.8e
  4. Found 1.2.9 runs perfect. My only issues have been with multiple sealers in a large area, some concurrent mod errors in the log, and the thermal expansion issues randomly; Its manageable though. I have found it my most stable version. When I try 1.2.9b or 1.2.9c, I have found multiple issues.
  5. Found the issue. Basically, its an MCPC+ issue, it will cause a crash if the -saveall- command is used repeatedly. This was caused by my backup script. https://github.com/MinecraftPortCentral/MCPC-Plus-Legacy/issues/1513
  6. What i noticed is, its a concurrent modification. I can't think of anything that would be editing any file from multiple sources... I was thinking it could be essentials spawn, may be editing something, I did notice it was referencing world.... I'll look into an alternative permissions, but this is already setup and its what I know... Do you think it could be spawn? If so, do you know of any other way to set a spawn without conflict? There is always the possibility its just a game bug also. It doens't spam constantly, I see it randomly, maybe every few hours... It doesn't crash, so not a huge deal, but still.. I don't want it to escalate.
  7. Tekkit 1.2.8e CoreProtect 2.0.8 Essentials Core 2.12.2 Essentials Spawn 2.12.2 Group Manager Dedicated Server - Ubuntu 32 GB of RAM Xeon 1270 java -Xmx25G -Xms25G -XX:MaxPermSize=2048m -jar mcpc.jar nogui
  8. Yes. That's the only plugins, I am using the MCPC version they recommend for 1.6.4 in iRC. And Yup, that's the only plugins. mcpc-plus-1.6.4-R2.1-forge965-B251.jar
  9. I am seeing this error repeat itself in my server log. It hasn't caused a crash, but its the exact same error repeating iteself over and over. Running MCPC+ Tekkit 1.2.8e Essentials Spawn Essentials CoreProtect That's it. Let me know what you guys think, I can't find anything on this error. http://pastebin.com/S2AnCmDr
  10. Thanks so much plowman, CoreProtect is awesome. It just works, which is awesome, there was no configuration beyond my MySQL db setup... still running error free, so now confirmed it was Prism...
  11. BTW, I had to heavily configure Prism to work well with Tekkit, Can I get a pastebin of your coreprotect config? I really don't want to have to go through the testing and fixing stage with another plugin...
  12. I'll check that out! Thanks!
  13. chunk loaders are in use on the server and have always been. Our goal is to have a default Tekkit Server. That's the idea and its worked fine, until the last day or so... I think I found the issue, once i removed prism, the issue seems to have gone away. I'm not seeing errors like I was before. But yea, we are a private server and we do allow chunk loaders, but even we a large world, we shouldn't be having crashes or these tick loops... So, I honestly think that Prism was causing the issue. I'll update you if I find out more.
  14. I'll send you the complete log in a pm if you want.
  15. As far as what they are doing, just normal stuff. The log shows a /home before... Nothing that stricks as a "smoking gun"
  16. view distance is currently at 10. Also, we had about 7 people logged on. We average around 10, but max around 15.
  17. So, it crashed again, even with the arguments you provided. I am not sure what's causing the issue, but I removed Prism for now as a test. What's hard to swallow is we have been stable for so long, then out of nowhere, these crashes start.... http://pastebin.com/9VUXDaGD
  18. So, I added the arguments you are using to my startup script and also lowered my max and min RAM to 20 GB. This leaves 12 GB of the OS. This will serve as a test. If I am stable, I will gradually increase from there. If not, I will let you know. Thanks for the help. This just came out of nowhere, I really hope this is gone.
  19. java -XX:MaxPermSize=128m -Xmx30G -Xms25G -jar mcpc.jar
  20. so, i got the same error again last night, crashed the server again. http://pastebin.com/96fCf4kT I have already set my permgen to 128, should i make it higher? Memory is good, CPU is good. I have a dedicated server, just running Tekkit with XEON X3-1270 & 32 GB of RAM. Running Ubuntu.
  21. Haven't had any issues, running mcpc+ w/Tekkit 1.2.8e. Plugins - Essentials Spawn, Essentials group manager, essentials, prism (recommended mcpc 1.6.4 build). Server runs fine, resources looks good, but I keep seeing this error every 5-6 hours. At times, it will cause a crash. It just started out of nowhere, no recent changes either. http://pastebin.com/hYWGa3qX http://pastebin.com/djHYrUYS Wanted to see thoughts.
  22. Anyone have a pastebin of pre-configured config files for Prism? I have it setup now, it works great, I just want to see if someone has one with all items added and not just the one's Prism discovers (ie. containers...). Thanks in advance!
  23. Title is mis-leading. I am looking for something like logblock for tekkit that works well. Thanks!
  24. I host a private server. The whole point is to have a server that everything is enabled, no blocked ids, nothing.... With any anti-grief plugin, there is heavy required config changes and even then, items like wrenches and much more bypass protection. Not to mention the issues that can arise from [buildCraft] or [ComputerCraft].... So, Our server has been up for a while, we are 100 % stable, not 1 un-commanded restart. Running MCPC+ w/Essentials & Group Manager... That's it.... We actually have 2 servers in a fail-over, but that's another story.... Right now, any player has to "Agree" to a policy and Tekkit provides enough in-game protection, we havent' had any problems.. (i.e. StrongBox, Fields....) I would like a way to look back at break logs, like LogBlock does... Do you guys know of anything that works like logblock that is compatible with Tekkit, minding, without heavy configuration changes required by me? Possibly a pastebin? Thanks in advance.
  25. No issues here with 1.2.8d... Found it an awesome build.... Hope that the roll back doesn't affect anything for us with latest java... or the progression of the mod for java 6.
