  1. Hi, I use the Technic Launcher, the latest version 1.2.8e. 5 Jar Files are required from this new 1.2.8e build to replace 5 Jar files in my Old Server Folder, I did that. But when I try to log onto my Server I get "Disconnected from Server: The Server requires Mods that are Absent or out of date on your Client" Any Idea what I need to do ? By default for some reason my Technic Launcher only uses Minecraft 1.6.4 Version even though Minecraft is 1.7.5 nowadays, could that be the problem ? Thanks in advance
  2. I think I figured it out. Looks like Java was the Problem. We compared what Java's we each had in our Programs List in Control Panel. He did not have 64-Bit Java, I did. So we had Him install 64-Bit Java, His Launch.bat now works.
  3. Hello, I'm new to this forum but not new to Minecraft. Since Minecraft was in Beta my Nephew and I have played Minecraft together and we have always used Hamachi to connect our PC's together (we live about 25 miles from each other). Recently we decided to play Minecraft via Tekkit. Both my Nephew and I can set up our PC's to be the Server. We use the Tekkit 1.2.7b Zip File as our Server. What I personally do to get my Tekkit Server to run is I double-left-click the Launch.bat File which acts as the Tekkit Server. Today we added a new Friend to join us on our Tekkit Server, He is able to join us when I'm using my PC as the Tekkit Server (again were connected via Hamachi). As a Favor to Him he asked If I could explain how to setup a Tekkit Server on His PC so that he could run Tekkit with other friends of His. Problem is, we can't seem to get Launch.bat to run on His PC. When his Launch.bat is double-clicked he gets a Command Window that States: "Java is not recogonized as an Internal or external command, operable program or batch file.", Press any Key to continue... When we press a Key the Command Window dissappears. I can re-inact his problem on my PC. If I right-click my Launch.bat and choose to run it as an administrator, I'll get a "Press any Key" to continue window and the window will as well Disappear. So could the problem be the Launch.bat file doesn't work in Admin Mode ?, and If so how do we get around the Admin Mode on His PC so that Double-left-clicking the Launch.bat will work ? Thanks in Advance
