Ive put the fuel into the titans and i am able to move forwards and backwards ,right and left fine yet i cant actually turn the titan. My friend has been having the same problem. Any help?

I've been having this problem on both my server and singleplayer, i went to move my stuff to the moon and i couldn't place any machines nor tesseracts on the moon. When i place them they instantly disappear, yet energy conduit seem to be able to be placed.
