Does this work for 1.7.2?

I have added multiple other mods, but optifine is loaded differently than others, you don't just drop it in the mods folder

I asked 3 other people around me where they thought the best place to post it was (Not telling them what I picked) They all said the first place I put it because the description says, "General Mod Discussion and HELP"
