Sure, but does it work with Voltz?

Hey. So for a while I've been interested in making a Voltz Pack plugin which gives you XP for crafting machines, which you can spend on some rare materials, etc. I assume the only thing that would stop me from doing this is not being able to use/call Voltz materials in my code. How can I get the Voltz materials to use in my plugin? Would I need to put in an extra jar? Thanks for any help in advance
