now i can't even log on same message

whenever i try to join the big dig server i'm logged on for less than a second then i'm instantly logged off error message: server internal exception:bad packet id 172

when i try to login when the launcher is installing i can't i've tried both my minecraft username and mojang email neither worked i use a scanner called herd protect
