I was looking for something like what you needed, and I found this: http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/details/mindstorm-modded-survival.290890 there are some missing and added, but it is the best i could find.

I know this is a very noobish question, but how do you make a modded server? I have the modpack in a zip format, and it works, but I need help making a server for perferably linux, but could also be on windows. PLEASE HELP! thanks in advance!
