When i try to update Tekkit it tells me "an error occurred when trying to delete (long destination) mod from the cache. Please check your system settings. What do I do. PS I'm running windows 7

I made a mod-pack (closh) for my friend and I but when I hit play it loads then closes the launcher then reopens it. PS the link is (http://www.technicpack.net/api/modpack/closh)
