i feel your pain OP . tis a shame they never dealt with what ever is causing this very common problem, now that the broken V3 has been promoted to "recommended" status it just means the masses will be left without tekkit SMP i suppose

lol at least you have an error report to post. most of us who crash when trying to start have no error report we can post since tekkit "still" doesnt post to a txt doc on crash, and the game window just freezes and then shuts off not allowing us to copy paste anything . this is what happens when things are released befor they are done. tobad all the servers have moved up to 3 even though its not ready.
