The only way I can put the screenshot up is by putting it on a website as a URL which I really can't do. I have only made a website account for technic so I can post this so I don't know if there is a way to put a screenshot directly from my library to the reply.

I put all the information it asks for that I can put it but still it says something along the lines of 'Check our help section or email a Administrator ( Even though that email is no reply)

Is there no support email I can tell because reporting a bug isn't working.

I have no idea! I try to post a bug report and then it jusy says error.

It won't post on Bug Submissions, don't ask I don't know. I have asked this before but the staff was no help. I have tried re-installing it multiple times and I just got the version of java it suggested but still it won't work, nothing happens when I try to open it. Help!

Basically I got it off the website but when I went to download it, it just doesn't open. I think I found the reason though, I may have an out of date version of java.

I tried sending a bug request but it wouldn't work so I'm saying it here. I downloaded the Launcher but when I go to install it, nothing appears and after a few seconds it disappeared. Help??
