    I'm having the same problem, BUT maybe if your system is 64 BIT, (sorry I skimmed through read what caught my eye) then try installing BOTH versions of JRE (Java Runtime Environment) the that might fix it, I haven't done it, but im pretty positive it MAY work, I myself have a 64 bit system, so it may work.
