Tekkit not launching

whenever i try to open the Tekkit modpack it keeps saying Download of http://mirror.technicpack.net/Technic/lib/org/scala-lang/scala-compiler/2.10.2/scala-compiler-2.10.2.jar Failed! What do i do!!
