I found the issue, when I downloaded the pack, ilooked in the folder called "Flans" and the only files there were Parts pack, titan pack and modern weapons pack,while on the server it had duplicates of everything, so there was Parts Pack for Flans Mod 4.1" part then there was "parts pack for flans mods 4.1"

So my server is a fresh install of V1.0.12a and not one of us 6 guys can join, we are all sure we are using V1.0.12a. but all of the item mismatches are from flans mod, the support team at my host said it may have something to do with the server being hosted on Linux
