Real quick question (Those of you who have answered my previous questions, I REALLY appreciate it) : Can you get rubber saplings from sapling bags? And if so what is the percent chance of that happening?

I need to progress down the engineer quest path and I can't figure out how to get skystone for the life of me. This is the only things stopping me from getting an ME system.. (I have like 20 large chests full of my crap)

I'm getting to the late-game (ish) point of the game where I begin to have a few questions. 1. Is there a very effective way to clear taint or do you have to clear the entire areas with Ethereal Blooms in order to get the badges? 2. What do you have to do/is required to use the drop ship and colonize the planet?
