Bennyisfame

Hi everybody I have rented a rootserver for me and my friends I downloaded the attack oft the bteam Server files and run it but when 4players are on the Server its lagging. The Server has an 8core CPU And 24gb RAM, for minecraft we have 4gb allowed How can i fix that? And sorry for the Bad english ;)
