fuzzywuzzy

I don't mean for everyone, I mean for my server specifically. The only plugin i'm actually interested in adding at the moment is this one: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/tp-multihome-v0-11-3-multiple-personal-named-home-locations-2058-1-2-3-r0-2.10959/ (Which is just a /home plugin) I've done the usual things to install it, but it's not seeming to work; is there anything I specifically have to do to get this to run? (I tried installing PermissionsBukkit as well, didn't work.)
