Another question, does technic store login history in .technic?I have no phone, so no wireless hotspot

I need some quick help, I'm going to my Grandparent's house where there's no internet and I'm constantly bored. Can I put my .technic file + the launcher on a usb and bring it to her computer? Also, will I need internet to log in? Thanks in advance.
