Well I tried to do that, but the problem is that it brings up a command prompt but nothing else happens. Would I have to change anything from the "Minecraft.jar net.minecraft.LauncherFrame" part of the code so it mentions the technic pack .jar? If so how do I change it? And if thats not the case is there something else that im missing?

Since I've installed the technic launcher, every 20 minutes my minecraft runs out of memory and asks me to restart the game. I've seen many posts about minecraft needing more memory and to use this "java -Xmx1024M -Xms512M -cp Minecraft.jar net.minecraft.LauncherFrame" in a notepad file saved as a .bat file. I was wondering whether I can use this (but altered) or if i have to use some other fix. Would really appreciate the help. Operating system: Windows 7 64 bit Version of Java: Java 6 update 31, 64 bit Antivirus: Avast Please note that i have tried this with Java 7, 64 bit but also had no success.
